Located on Sand End, this Fulham project is our independent development. With the benefits of new construction technique, we were able to demolish down the original building but keep the front wall to maintain the consistent street view in the tranquil neighbourhood. With a classic Victorian-terrace shell, we are presenting a new-build house living. set up its own tone to be the new classic. Its Victorian-terrace exterior does not speak of the contemporary interior.

This Home under the Hammer project has been documented over its entire process. Martin Roberts was very excited to see the completed project as the period house has not been touched since 1950s. We managed to deliver the entire crew a wow as hiding behind the door is now a fully open lounge floor with 6-metre depth if not more. An extension can do more than just adding spaces. Our architectural team takes unorthodox approaches, creating additions that offer value beyond the sum of the square metre, but much more geometric modernity.
The major tone of the entire house is set as off-white velvet, which guarantees light a highly efficient transportation through the entire house. Its inky blue kitchen with copper class handle, smoky-finish switches and metal-black tapware make sure it does not loss its favour and become a plain clinic. Another secret tip is a wide application of lightwell and roof glass. With installation on every possible location, it maximises the utilisation of any natural light.
